6% annual pay rises for Bankwest employees that "meet expectations"
Bankwest employees have won guaranteed 4% annual pay rises plus further performance-related rises that will provide an additional 2% for the overwhelming majority, while the bank will now engage all new recruits as seven-day workers, under its first agreement since the 2008 CBA takeover.
